Shipping Policy – New Harvest

At New Harvest, each order is carefully prepared and shipped with intention. Please review the following shipping guidelines:

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

New Harvest is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes to the delivery address.

Returned Packages

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.

Lost or Stolen Packages

New Harvest is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
